Fieldwork Experiences
Below are the top 3 skills and knowledge that I gained from my hand therapy and skilled nursing Level 2 fieldwork experiences.

Conducted evaluations with various diagnoses of the hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Then I created and assessed the patient's plan of care to increase functional independence in activities of daily living.
Hand Therapy Fieldwork
Fabricated custom orthotics including resting hand, wrist cock up, short and long thumb spica, ulnar gutter, and PIP extension. Then provided patient education on donning, doffing, and orthotic maintenance for increased compliance.
Hand Therapy Fieldwork
I was able to explore and explain the purpose of interventions with each letter of the alphabet as my in-service presentation.
